New Credit card payment portal is up and running!

Our new "Citizen Portal" for online payments is up and running.  Just click bill payment for access.  This portal does much more than just accept credit card payments.  You can sign up for email billing, use a credit/debit card and ACH payments from your bank account, pay by phone, pay by text and auto pay if you wish to choose your own payment date.  Go to Resources and click on new payment portal Q & A.  You will get most of your questions answered there.  If you need assistance call 701-252-7727.  If you are currently using our Pay by Bank auto pay, which is free of charge, no changes will take place on that unless you want to switch to another payment method.
