CHANGES ARE COMING

Stutsman Rural Water District has been working on a software transition since June.  We have converted our accounting and payroll system to date.  We are now working on the utility billing.  Billing statements may be a few days late for the next couple of months.  We are switching from post card billing to paper and email billing.  The paper billing gives us more space to communicate with our customers on the statement itself, allows more privacy for the customer and is less likely to get lost in the mail or misplaced.  We will still provide payment return envelopes at the request of the customer.  We are also hoping that many of our customers will switch to email billing.  We'll let you know in the future when that is available.  We'll also be changing credit card vendors for customer payments in the near future.  We still have auto pay available to our customers and you can sign up for that anytime.  Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  Thank you in advance for your patience during this transition!
