ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

The annual meeting of the members of Stutsman Rural Water District will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the board room of the Stutsman Rural Water District office located at 1812 Hwy. 281 North, Jamestown, ND.  Notices will be mailed in October.  3 board positions are up for election this year and will serve 3 year terms.  Those positions are in District 1, District 2, and District 4.  Legislative action effective August 1, 2025 has made it a requirement to file a petition with the water district showing 10 signatures of members of the water district in order to be on the ballot for the election held at the annual meeting.  The petition forms and information are available under the Forms and Reports tab.  Petitions are also available at the water district office.  Call 252-7727 with any questions.
